REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
a. Registration started on Tuesday, 5th September, 2017 and will end on Friday 22nd September, 2017.
b. – Visit portal.unizik.edu.ng
– Click on ‘ Create Account’
– Enter your UTME REG Number and a valid email address and click ‘Send’. A verification code will be sent to your email instantly.
– Copy the verification code and click on ‘Continue’
– On the form, enter your phone number, password, verification code (copied from email), select the access level and click on ‘ Submit’
– Your login details will be sent to your email address instantly.
– Continue with the application by logging in with the login credentials sent to your email
– After successful login, click on ‘Step One’, click on ‘Generate Application Form RRR’
– Print the RRR (Remita) page, proceed to any bank of your choice nationwide to make a payment of N2,000 only
– Login to the portal, click on ‘Step Two’, click on ‘Confirm payment’, enter the RRR number and click on ‘Verify payment’. If payment confirmation is successful, or if you get a notification ‘Payment already verified’, then proceed to “Step Three”.
– Click on ‘Step Three’, click on ‘Fill Application Form’, Fill out the application form. You can save each stage of the application and continue at a later time. Also, you can edit your information as often as possible within the application period.
– Check the ‘I Agree’ box and click on “submit” button.
– Print out the Application Form and come along with it for your screening and POST UTME examination.

4. TIME AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE
a. Accreditation of candidates commences at 8.00am each day. Candidates should adhere strictly to the time scheduled for screening examination.

b. Print out the Application Form from the University Portal and come along with it for your screening and POST UTME evaluation
c. The date and time for each candidate’s examination will be shown on the POST UTME PRINT-OUT

5. RESTRICTIONS
a. Only bona fide candidates/candidates scheduled for the day’s examination and time shall be allowed into the University / Examination Hall.
b. Parents and guardians are, therefore, strongly advised against attempting to enter the University Campus as security will be tight.
c. No GSM handsets, scientific calculators or any other extraneous materials shall be allowed into the examination hall
d. Candidates who did not register online will not be allowed for the screening exercise.
e. The University will not be liable for any payment made with wrong JAMB registration number at the Bank.
f. The University shall also not be liable for any fraudulent payments made anywhere that is not in line with the directives of the University.

2017/2018 SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ADMISSION

The University of Nigeria hereby invites candidates who had the UNN as their first choice in the 2017 University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 200 and above for screening exercise. This media announcement/publication supersedes the earlier one of Thursday, August 31, 2017.

Candidates are advised to please note the changes in the scheduled times and venues as the following will apply:

1. Online Registration

A. Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira only) through Remita Platform at any Commercial Bank.

B. The online registration which commenced on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 (and ends on Sunday, September 10, 2017?) is still open till Monday, October 2, 2017 while the Post-UTME examination screening exercise will commence on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 and end on Monday, October 9, 2017.

C. Process Flow for Post-UTME Registration:
1. Log on to the University Website: www.unn.edu.ng
2. Click on UNN portal (Top right corner of the Website)
3. Click Prospective Students
4. Select Online Application Form for 2017/2018 Admission Screening Exercise
5. Enter JAMB Registration Number
6. Generate Invoice
7. Proceed to bank for Payment or pay using your ATM Card
8. Return to Portal
9. Re-enter JAMB Registration Number
10. Complete Date of Birth and all other blank fields
11. Enter O-Level Subjects and Grades (also provide your Centre and Examination Number)
12. ‎Re-enter your grades correctly
13. Upload Certificates (ensure that their sizes are not above 100KB)

On the home page of the University of Ilorin website, click on 2017/2018 Pre-Admission Screening Procedure .
All candidates are advised to click on Pre-Admission Screening Instructions and carefully read the Registration Instructions.

On the Admission Menu displayed on the left-hand side, click Pre-Admission Screening Instruction and read carefully.
Type in your JAMB Registration Number and SURNAME in the boxes provided. Carefully type in your JAMB Registration Number as any error committed will not allow your details to be displayed.

Thereafter,

Actual Registration fee for each candidate is N2,000 only excluding bank charges.
UTME candidates should click on the Get Details button for your JAMB information;

DE candidates should click OK button on the dialog box displayed and enter their names; and

Click on Make Payment link to go to WEBPAY page. Note: UTME Candidates who are qualified for the courses originally chosen can proceed to make payment by supplying the required information. However, UTME Candidates who are not qualified for the course originally chosen are advised to change their course as indicated on the payment page. Note that the sum of N2,500 is charged for change of course for only those who need to.

Enter your Card Number

Fill in your other bio-data and necessary details truthfully on the webpage. All candidates should upload their Passports by clicking on Browse button and select your picture. Your Passport must not be more than 25KB.
On completion of bio-data. click on Next Step button then click OK on the message dialog box.
All Direct Entry ( DE ) candidates should complete the programme of choice and click on Save then click OK on the message dialog box.
On completion of choice of Institution click Next Step button.
For Direct Entry ( DE ) candidates;

Direct Entry candidates are required to select their Highest Academic Qualification(s) from the drop down and click on Save . On the dialog box click OK;
To add more Higher Academic Qualifications click on qualifications drop down to select your additional qualifications, click on save; and
Click on Next Step.

All candidates (UTME and DE) are required to supply their O' level (O/L) details as follows:

Pick Number of sitting(s) by clicking on the drop-down button
Enter all the required O' level (O/L) details; Pick as applied in your result; and
Click on Submit button then click OK on the message dialog box.
Automatic disqualification at any stage of result falsification

Click Scheduling Tab. All candidates must select a screening centre from the drop-down menu. Note that an alert will be immediately sent to your e-mail provided in your bio-data.
Click Print Tab to print out the following:

Pre-Admission Screening Registration form;
Scheduling Slip; and
Payment Receipt.

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) Admission Screening Exercise for 2017/2018 Academic Session; to be conducted by UNIBEN CONSULT NIGERIA LIMITED, is rescheduled to take place between 28th September 2017 and 10th October 2017 in designated centres within the Ugbowo Campus of the University.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

The procedure for the 2017/2018 Admission Screening application for first time applicants is as follows:

Candidates are advised to have a valid e-mail account before starting the application process.

Visit www.uniben.edu Click on Student Portal

Enter your Surname Exactly as written on the JAMB Registration slip, and JAMB Registration number. Immediately, your ID and Password will be displayed on the browser
Back On uniben.waeup.org click on 'Login' (top right of the front page).
Enter your username and the password to login.
To start the application process, please click on 'Application record' and provide all required information and upload your passport photograph.
Upload a Recent and clear 1” x 1” COLOURED passport photograph with red background in JPEG format only.
Great care should also be taken to follow the specified formats on the UNIBEN website and portal.

POST UTME SCREENING OF PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES FOR THE 2017/18 ADMISSION EXERCISE

This is to inform candidates who made the University of Ibadan their institution of first choice and scored 200 and above in the 2017 UTME that the University website will be open on Monday, 04 September, 2017 to Friday, 23 September, 2017 for the submission of their bio-data and SSCE/NECO results online through https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng .

The deadline for submission of bio-data / O/level results may not be extended. Therefore, any candidate whose bio-data are not submitted within the stipulated time will not be considered for Post-UTME Screening and for admission.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

(a) Candidates are required to log-in to the Admission Portal ( https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng ) using their Jamb Registration Number as their user name and their surname as their password e.g. 65345521EG OYEKANMI (Surname) Afolabi Mary. The screening fee is N2,000.00. This should be paid through the ADMISSION PORTAL in favour of University of Ibadan (Admission Processing Fee Account). Candidate’s Name, JAMB Registration Number, Telephone Number and E-mail Address should be quoted at the point of payment.

Payment Options:

Credit/Debit Card Payment using ATM card;
Cash at bank using the printout from the portal to make payment at the bank; and
Direct bank account debit whereby you use your internet banking tools to make payment.

Candidates are expected to print the payment success receipt which should display full names of the candidate (SURNAME first) as in the UTME result slip preceded by the JAMB Registration Number, as the payee and the payment reference number showing the success message.

( b ) Upon successful payment, candidates should proceed on the portal to submit their bio-data and O/level results.

(c) Candidates should ensure that the online forms are carefully filled, following ALL necessary instructions, as “mistake(s)” may lead to disqualification.

(d) Please fill the online forms in CAPITAL letters only.

(e) Candidates are expected to upload their passport photographs and signatures. The image format for the passport and signature is JPEG and must not exceed 50kb. The photographs must be clean, clear and without glasses.

(f) Candidates are then to print the evidence of completion of transaction and keep for further reference.

(g) An online help desk platform on http://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng/helpdesk will be available to handle all genuine enquiries.

DATE OF POST UTME

The date for the post UTME will be communicated to candidates through their email addresses and sms. Candidates are, therefore, advised to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers. The University will not take responsibility for failure to get information as a result of invalid email addresses and wrong phone numbers .

Misrepresentation/falsification of documents is a serious offence. Candidates are, therefore, advised to submit genuine documents only. Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and in appropriate cases, be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agencies.

Candidates are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines stipulated above for successful completion of the online submissions.

To register, follow the steps outlined below.

Visit the University website: www.futo.edu.ng
Click on Prospective students.
Click on the link; “2017/2018 POST-UTME Application”.
Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate Payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
Proceed to any Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM Card.
Return to the portal and enter your JAMB Registration number again.
Proceed with the completion of the form.

STEP 1

At the homepage of the Bayero University website, www.buk.edu.ng , click POST-UTME Application Portal

Fill-in the Applicant’s Particulars Form.

STEP 4

Print your personalized Payment Invoice and use the invoice to make the payment of N2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only) at any branch of Banks Listed on your Invoice nationwide.

STEP 5

After making the payment, return to the website, www.buk.edu.ng , login again. Your payment will be validated after which you can print your personalized Examination Card.

NOTE: No Applicant will be allowed to sit for the Post-UTME test without a valid Examination Card.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Prospective candidates must have sat for the UTME Examinations, chose BUK as her/his first choice , and must have scored an aggregate of 180 or higher in the relevant subjects as advertised in the UTME Brochure.

Prospective candidates are required to have a minimum of Five (5) relevant passes at Credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination ( SSCE ) conducted by the West African Examinations Council ( WAEC ) or the National Examinations Council ( NECO ) in not more than two (2) sittings, including a pass at credit level in English.

POST – UTME TEST

The date of the Post UTME examinations will be announced in the media as well as communicated to all registered applicants via their gsm and email addresses. The Venue, Time and Sitting Arrangement for the test will be on applicants’ Examination Cards.

Direct Entry Screening Application Procedure

STEP 1

At the homepage of the Bayero University website, www.buk.edu.ng , click Direct Entry Screening Application Portal

STEP 2

Login using your DE Number, the Program Applied and your Gender , then upload your passport-sized photograph .

STEP 3

After uploading your picture, Fill-in (update) the Applicant’s Particulars Form.

STEP 4

Print your personalized Payment Invoice and use the invoice to make the payment of N2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only) at any branch of Banks Listed on your Invoice nationwide.

STEP 5

After making the payment, return to the website, www.buk.edu.ng , login again. Your payment will be validated after which you can Fill-in (update) the O' Level and A' Level Qualifications Form.

STEP 6

Print your Acknowledgement Letter and keep it safe.

Part-time Application Procedure

Step 1

Visit www.buk.edu.ng and under the PART-TIME DEGREE STUDENTS TAB click Application forms at the home page. Login using your NAME and select “Applying for a Part-time Degree Programme”

Step 2

Personalized Payment Invoice will be sent immediately into your email inbox. Print it and go to any branch of nationwide to make a non-refundable payment of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only).

Step 3

Return to www.buk.edu.ng and login to fill in the Application Forms, Fill in the Personal Data Form, qualifications Form, and Course Selection Form.

Step 4

Review your forms to ensure accuracy of all information you have provided. Click ‘SUBMIT’ to complete the application process.

Step 5

An auto-generated acknowledgement Slip will be sent immediately into your mail box. Print the Slip and keep it safe. The Slip will be needed during the collection of admission letter and during registration.

Postgraduate Application Procedure

Step 1

Click on the Register Tab on the left navigation panel to go to the Create an Account Page. At the Create an Account page, create an account by providing your First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Personal Email and Personal GSM Phone Number. A Login credentials (username and password) will be generated for you. Please take note of them, as you need them for subsequent steps of the application process. Use Login Tab on the left navigation panel to login to your account (using your login credentials) to start/continue your application process.

Step 2

Print your Personalized Payment Invoice and go to any branch of any of the banks listed on the payment invoice nationwide to make a non-refundable payment of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N10,500.00) Only

Return to the Login Page and login with your username and password to fill in the Application Forms:

Procedure for the Online UTME Screening

Registration for the screening exercise will commence on Monday, 11th September, 2018 and close on Saturday, 30th September, 2018 . Applicants are required to pay a sum of N2,000.00 for the screening exercise.

To make the payment, candidates are advised to visit the University online admission screening portal putme.abu.edu.ng and Generate a Transaction Payment Slip, verify it's your details and the amount to pay. Click Pay via Remita which will redirect you to the Remita payment gateway.

You would be required to either pay online using a Valid Debit Card (Verve,Visa or Mastercard), or you Print the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and walk into any bank in your locality to pay. You must have the RRR Slip with you.

After making payment online or in any of the prescribed banks, candidates are to come back here putme.abu.edu.ng to finish their registration by providing missing details.
